About Empower Health NQ:

Empower Health NQ is a multidisciplinary allied health team comprising of Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, and a dedicated administration team that supports our daily operations. Our clinic features a spacious, purpose-built environment supporting a collaborative allied health team, with dedicated therapy spaces to suit individual sessions. You will work alongside another Dietitian, with the opportunity to collaborate closely and share ideas, while also being supported by our wider multidisciplinary team.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: To empower a healthier you. In this role, you will contribute to that mission by delivering evidence-based practice and working collaboratively across disciplines to support our clients in achieving their individual goals.

You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based nutrition assessment,



education and ongoing support to help people improve their health, function and quality of life. Your caseload will include: Private clients, Medicare, NDIS, My Aged Care and more. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Common conditions that you will see in the clinic can include: cardiovascular disease and risk reduction, weight management and body composition, Type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance and pre-diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol management, gastrointestinal conditions, chronic disease management, healthy ageing, sports and performance nutrition, pre- and post-operative nutrition, nutritional optimisation, behaviour change, long-term lifestyle management and preventative health.

This position is fulltime and has the chance for an immediate start.

Successful applicant must...

· Have a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and appropriate registration with Dietetics Australia

· Blue and yellow card

· PI and PL insurances up to $20m

· Driver’s license
