About The Prospect

The primary purpose of this position is to independently manage a family law caseload while supervising and supporting junior legal staff.

Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Managing your own family law matters with autonomy
- Developing personalised, tailored solutions for each client
- Supervising and mentoring a junior lawyer from time to time
- Delivering proactive,



empathetic and responsive client management
- Representing clients in court appearances, mediations and dispute resolution

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- An unrestricted practising certificate
- Ideally 4+ years PAE, with the ability to work independently
- Confidence supervising and mentoring junior staff
- Demonstrated family law experience
