We are now looking for a Casual Commis Chef to join our Culinary Team!

The Role

As a Casual Commis Chef, you will support the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and work closely with our experienced culinary team.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Food preparation and cooking
- Assisting with service across allocated sections
- Maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality
- Following food safety and HACCP procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods

- Understands and follows food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures

- Has a strong work ethic and is reliable and punctual
- Is flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
