About the role

The Franchise Marketing Coordinator will assist with day-to-day marketing activities across our network. You will be the main point of contact for franchisees needing marketing support, providing them with assets, local promotional ideas, and basic campaign coordination.

Key responsibilities
Assist store owners with local area marketing requests, providing pre-approved campaign templates and guidance
Create engaging social media content, local flyers, email updates, and promotional graphics using Canva or Adobe Suite
Assist in setting up local digital ads (Meta/Google) and coordinating grand opening promotional packs for current locations
Ensure all franchisees are following core brand guidelines across digital and printed materials
Compile monthly basic reports on campaign performance and social media engagement for management
Support the HQ team with recent store openings,



including on-site visits and stepping in to help when the site manager is away
Pitch in on other tasks as the team needs them

About you
1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination, graphic creation, or social media role
Strong written communication and relationship-building skills
Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer and basic email marketing tools
High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow alongside an expanding brand
