We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and deliver friendly top notch service to our guests.
You’ll be the driving force of our busy and well-loved restaurant, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH. From managing reservations, guest experience, and team performance to ensuring a high standard of service, ambience, you’ll lead by example with enthusiasm, calm, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily FOH operations
Deliver superb guest experiences and manage feedback
Lead, train, and motivate staff
Rostering
Maxamise profitabilty and work to achieve forecasted budgets
Uphold health and safety standards

About You
2+ years of restaurant management experience in a similar setting
Solid leadership, communication, and financial skills
Confident multitasker with a calm, proactive attitude
Current RSA
