We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join the team at Common Supply Bondi Beach.
Common Supply is a health focused and community space built around excellent coffee, fresh food and smoothies. We’re all about quality, valuable energy and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the coffee machine, genuinely passionate about coffee and thrives in a busy environment.
You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently outstanding coffee while working closely with the wider team across service and day-to-day operations.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a Barista in a busy environment
Solid knowledge of coffee
Ability to consistently produce high quality coffee during busy periods
Fast, organised and able to work well under pressure
Great attention to detail and a genuine focus on quality
Confident working independently while also being a strong team player
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable, positive and professional attitude
Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment
What you'll be doing
Preparing consistently high-quality coffee throughout service
Dialling in and maintaining the coffee station
Managing coffee orders efficiently during busy periods
Maintaining a clean, organised and well stocked coffee station
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Supporting the wider team across food and beverage service when required
Following Common Supply standards across quality, presentation and service
Assisting with daily cleaning, stock management and close down procedures
