Hays is partnering with a leading landscape maintenance contractor that delivers high-quality grounds and landscape services across commercial, residential and public open spaces throughout Perth. Due to continued growth, an chance has become available for an experienced Maintenance Landscape Gardener to join their team.
Your new role
Carry out landscape maintenance across commercial and residential sites
Maintain gardens, turf, mulched areas and landscaped assets
Monitor and maintain irrigation systems
Undertake weed control and pesticide application where required
Operate and maintain landscaping tools, machinery and equipment
Conduct site inspections and identify maintenance requirements
Complete site reports, maintenance records and time sheets
Liaise with supervisors regarding site conditions and improvement opportunities
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety procedures and industry standards
Maintain a professional standard of presentation across all assigned sites
What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience in landscape maintenance
Certificate III in Horticulture (or equivalent qualification)
Solid knowledge of horticulture, turf management and irrigation systems
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Current C Class Driving Licence
Construction White Card
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Pesticide Licence
Current Working at Heights Ticket
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and maintain high standards of expertise
Highly regarded
MR Driving Licence
EWP Ticket
