We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Joinery Estimator.

Who This Role Suits:
An experienced Joinery Estimator who understands joinery inside and out. A strong understanding of production methods, sequences, materials, and how to get things over the line.
An organised person who can manage jobs independently in a busy, rapid-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely estimates and quotes for commercial joinery projects.
Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Liaise with the factory and procurement team to ensure quotes match production capabilities and materials available.
Perform take-offs for materials, hardware, and labour.
Maintain accurate records of estimates, costs, and supplier pricing.
Review and updating cost templates and pricing models.

Skills & Experience:
Experience in commercial joinery estimating is essential.




Strong knowledge of Joinery methods, materials, and industry standards
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
