We are in search of an experienced Class 2 Project Manager to work with a High-End Boutique Residential Developer/ Construction company. Primarily focusing on Luxury Duplex and Townhouse developments and low rise Class 2 buildings.

Would suit a Project Manager with previous site management experience or an Experienced Site manager looking to move into Project management.

What you'll do:
Full project cycle management and delivery.
Managing communication and progress amongst internal and external stakeholders.
Provide full scope and achievability of project works.
Support the delivery of projects on time and within budget
Working closely with contract staff to ensure invoicing and project variation management is documented accordingly.
Monitor job progress, including updating stakeholders regularly and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ensure health and safety is a priority.

Experience and skills required;
Proven experience in project management working on duplexes,



townhouses and low rise apartments.
Site supervisor experience would be highly advantageous as you will be working between office & site.
Works well with budgets and deadlines.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Problem-solving ability.
Must have experience with Australian Standards & Building Codes

Things to note:
Office is based in Hurstville with projects typically being located in the South Sydney/ Southern suburbs of Sydney.
Salary: $120- 150K+ super (neg)
