Phoenix Hospitality Group is an innovative, creative, and customer-oriented labour hire company supplying a wide range of chefs and hospitality professionals for any hotel or restaurant.

We are looking for culinary chef, rockstars to be a part of our Food and Beverage team, working in rapid paced kitchens, including 5 star hotels, catering events, restaurants and sporting events in the Gold Coast region.

Chef responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes, working in production kitchens, events and A La Carte menus. You should be able to execute all tasks and be able to work in an organised and quick paced environment at all times.
proven work experience as a Chef
Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
Advanced knowledge of culinary,



baking and pastry techniques are a bonus
leadership skills
ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
excellent time management abilities
up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
familiar with sanitation regulations.
