Nurture N Revive is looking for reliable and caring Disability Support Workers to join our team in Melbourne South-East.
The role involves a mix of Supported Independent Living (SIL), Home Care and Community Participation.
Duties may include:
Supporting participants with everyday activities and routines
Assistance with household tasks and meal preparation
Community access, shopping and appointments
Supporting recreational and social activities
Encouraging independence and participation in the community
Providing respectful and person-centred support
Completing basic shift documentation
About you:
Reliable, caring and respectful
Valuable communication skills
Comfortable working with people with disability
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Current driver's licence and reliable car required
Comfortable driving participants when required
Previous disability support experience is preferred
