We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented housekeeper to help maintain our family home in Sydney.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
5 hours per day
15 hours per week
This is an ongoing part time position for someone who takes pride in keeping a home clean, tidy and well organised.
Responsibilities
The role includes general household cleaning and upkeep, including:
Cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and kitchen
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Dusting and wiping down surfaces
Cleaning kitchen benches, appliances and cupboards as needed
Changing bed linen and making beds
Washing, drying, folding and putting away laundry
Ironing when required
Tidying bedrooms and common areas
Putting household items back in their proper place
Emptying bins and managing household rubbish/recycling
Keeping cupboards, drawers and household areas organised
General household tidying and resetting the home
Periodic deeper-cleaning tasks such as the fridge, oven, windows, cupboards and other areas
Noticing things that need cleaning or organising and taking initiative rather than waiting to be asked
We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling all aspects of household cleaning, laundry and tidying, rather than only basic surface cleaning.

Looking for a reliable, ongoing role
Previous experience working as a private housekeeper or cleaner in family homes is preferred.
Hours
Monday, Wednesday and Friday — approximately 5 hours each day.
Total: approximately 15 hours per week.
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 per week
