About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations for a leading distributor in the sporting goods and fitness industry.

Located in Clarence Gardens, this role offers an ideal work-life balance with standard daytime hours, a predictable Monday-to-Friday schedule, and no weekend work or overtime.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, stock replenishment, order picking/packing, and dispatch.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate a small, dedicated warehouse team to ensure productive and protected daily throughput.
Conduct regular stock counts, manage inventory accuracy, and minimize discrepancies.
Maintain a safe working setting adhering to WHS standards, guidelines, and house keeping rules.
Coordinate with transport providers and couriers for timely inwards and outwards freight delivery.

About You
Proven experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader,



or Senior Storeperson role.
Valid Forklift Licence (LF) is essential.
Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management systems.
Ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive team culture.
Comfortable with hands-on physical warehouse duties alongside supervisory tasks.
