Let’s Play Games is seeking a Marketing Events Retail and Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Events Retail and Inventory Specialist will support marketing projects and events as assigned by the Marketing Manager. This will include but not limited to determining event stock requirements, monitoring inventory levels, implementing sales strategies and building reports to present to management and cross-functional teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of Organised Play Events and B2C Conventions. This is a full time role and is based in Wetherill Park.

Responsibilities:
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and maintain branding consistency across all activities
Ordering and procurement of tabletop gaming products for retail events
Support event and retail operations by determining event stock requirements
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments and coordinate with partners to maintain optimal stock levels
Manage and deploy marketing/event inventory
Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and appeal
Analyse sales data and implementing sales strategies




Promote and support participation in external stakeholder, partnership, and industry events

Skills & Experience:
2 years' experience in a retail management role
Deep knowledge of tabletop gaming industry and products
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting
Robust negotiation, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Google Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPress
Self-starter attitude with a proactive, can-do approach
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work autonomously
Willingness to travel and work weekends/extended hours during event periods, as required

Flexibility for Travel: Must be willing to travel to some events. Travel may include weekends and extended hours during event periods.
Weekend Work: Availability to work on weekends is essential. Key events often take place during weekends.
