Assembler / Occasional Welder – Casual Position (Rowville)
$33.85 per hour | Monday to Friday | Immediate Start | Ongoing with Full-Time Potential

Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer of ladders, proudly delivering high-quality, Australian-made products. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Assembler/Welder to join their production team at their Rowville facility.

About the Role

In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products using a range of hand and power tools, some welding of small components to precise specifications however a very small part of the role, and contributing to various stages of the production process. You will be involved across assembly and welding functions, helping to maintain efficient workflow and uphold the company’s robust reputation for quality and safety.

Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
Casual ongoing with the potential to transition to full-time

Pay Rate
$33.85 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Assemble products using hand and power tools




Perform MIG welding on small components
Conduct quality inspections to ensure precision and compliance
Support general production and assembly tasks
Maintain a clean, secure, and organised work environment
