We are partnering with a large, well-established global organisation located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. With a strong reputation and supportive team culture, they are looking for an experienced payroll professional to join their close-knit HR team on a 15-month fixed-term contract.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working within a detailed and complex payroll setting and has solid experience across payroll tax, reconciliations and month-end processes.

About the Role:
Utilising your payroll knowledge, you will be responsible for:
End-to-end monthly payroll processing
Payroll tax lodgements and annual reconciliations
Preparing payroll journals for end-of-month
Processing manual calculations including bonuses, adjustments and ad hoc payments
WorkCover administration and FBT processing
Providing payroll-related support during audits
Assisting with invoicing and general HR administration
Working closely with HR, Finance and key stakeholders across the business
Skills and Experience:
4+ years' experience in a similar end-to-end payroll role
Strong understanding of payroll tax and payroll journals
Experience working within a complex payroll setting
Exposure to expatriate or international payroll will be highly regarded
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
