We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Centre Manager to join a well-established Early Childhood Education and Care service in Brisbane's northern suburbs.

Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service while contributing to quality outcomes, team engagement and exceptional experiences for children and families.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced educator or leader looking to further develop their leadership skills within a supportive and qualified setting.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Centre Manager with the daily operation of the service
Lead, mentor and support educators to achieve high-quality practice
Assist in maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and Regulations
Foster positive relationships with children, families and the local community
Support rostering, administration and centre operations
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and team development
Promote a positive and collaborative team culture
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes

About You

To be successful in this role,



you will have:
Previous experience in a leadership role within Early Childhood Education and Care
Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Regulations
Solid communication and organisational skills
A passion for mentoring and developing educators
Ability to build positive relationships with families and stakeholders
Current Queensland Blue Card
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
