We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead a well-established Early Childhood Education and Care service located in Brisbane's northern suburbs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for children, families and educators while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Reporting to a supportive operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring regulatory compliance, robust occupancy, team development and exceptional experiences for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of educators and centre leaders
Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
Drive a positive and engaged team culture
Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
Monitor centre performance, occupancy and financial outcomes
Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development
Ensure high standards of health, safety and child protection are maintained
Champion continuous improvement and quality practice across the service

About You





To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Director, Nominated Supervisor or similar leadership role
Strong understanding of the NQF, National Regulations and NQS
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Sound knowledge of compliance and operational requirements within ECEC
Current Queensland Blue Card
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
