As a result of our growing business, we currently have a Power Tool Repairer position available to join our company in Joondalup WA.We are looking for technicians with an electrical or mechanical background who can work in a hands on quick paced setting. You will repair brands including – Makita, Milwaukee, Bosch, De Walt, Hitachi, Yamaha, and Chicago, amongst others, liaising with internal and external customers.

Advantageous Qualities:
Experience in a similar position preferred
Demonstrated experience with Power tool repair or Small petrol engine repair
Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
Self motivated
Ability to work to timelines and meet deadlines




Ability to adapt to the situation at hand

Responsibilities include:
Ability to liaise with internal and external customers
Ability to maintain stock of parts
Diagnose and make repairs on various cordless, electric and hydraulic power tools and equipment
Disassemble tools and use testing devices to identify problems
Use technical manuals to determine required replacement parts and assembles tool based on manufacturer's guidelines
Responsible for repairing defective mechanical parts and rewiring electrical systems, including soldering or coating wires for proper installation
Competent computer skills required
