Genus Group are looking for a experienced QA Supervisor with a strong electrical background in mining projects.

FIFO Roster 2:1 out of Perth

Successful applicant will be responsible for:
Provide daily support and guidance to improve Team performance.
Supervise, monitor and evaluate personnel to ensure that all work is on schedule, to required quality and client specifications.
Assist in the creation of electrical and instrumentation Work Packs/Test Packs.
Ensure all Work Packs and Job Cards are kept up to date, and all changes are accounted for in a timely manner.
Liaise with internal Engineering and Project Teams, as well as external stakeholders, to achieve the Project performance goals.

Essential criteria
S26 Supervisor ticket




Trade Qualifications in Electrotechnology, Electrical Instrumentation or relevant similar field.
Valid, unrestricted WA Electrical Licence.
Qualifications in Construction Leadership and Supervision.
Minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory position, ideally in construction and maintenance roles.
Valid Driver's Licence - "C" Class"
OH&S; Construction Safety Induction White Card.
Good organisational skills and the ability to work to required deadlines.
Valuable judgement and decision making.
High level communication including active listening skills.
