About the Role
You'll work within a skilled and experienced team, operating 250+ tonnes excavators and other mining equipment to safely meet production targets across our Surface operation at Greenbushes.
Role Details
Location: Greenbushes
Roster: 2:1, day/night roster

Responsibilities
Protected, efficient operation of large excavator equipment
Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately
Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules
Maintain a tidy work area and support protected interactions with all teams
Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values
Attend and participate in PSI and safety meetings
Complete Mac 5's and be involved in the development of JSEA's when required
Ensure individual compliance with all relevant Legislation, Codes of Practice, Macmahon and Client instructions, policies, procedures and practices
