We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cert III Educator to join a diverse service backed by a strong, supportive team. This role is perfect for educators holding a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, looking to contribute to a vibrant room environment.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate educational programs for children
Foster a protected, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Build positive relationships with children, families,



and the broader team
Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development according to centre policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

Skills and Qualifications
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification
Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Passionate about early childhood education and fostering child development
