About the Role:

We’re addressing the skilled labour shortage in rural Australia by bringing capable, under-valued butchers from Sydney to work in a well-run, supportive environment.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Daily Schedule:

• 5:00 AM – Start work on beef

• 6:30 AM – Break and trim lamb

• 9:00 AM – 30-minute break

• 12:00 PM – 15–30-minute break

• 2:00 PM – Finish

• Relaxed, young team – No micromanagement, just good work and team camaraderie.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process beef, lamb and pork according to industry standards

• Work efficiently in a team-oriented setting

• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards

• Follow daily production schedules and meet quality expectations

Requirements:

• Trade qualified butcher

• Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts

• Team-oriented attitude with positive communication skills

• Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
