We are currently seeking to employ a full time Despatch Manager to lead our despatch department at our beautiful nursery at Kemps Creek.

What you need to bring to the role:

· Previous experience in a despatch, warehouse, logistics or transport management position.

· Ability to plan, coordinate and manage same day picking and despatching

· Proven experience leading and developing a team.

· Robust organisational and time management skills.





· Ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Sound computer skills and experience using inventory or logistics systems such as MYOB.

· A proactive, hands-on approach.

About this role:

· Manage the day-to-day despatch operations of the nursery.

· Lead, supervise and motivate the despatch team to achieve daily targets.

· Coordinate order picking, staging, loading and dispatch activities.

· Plan and schedule vehicle routes and deliveries efficiently.

· Maintain strong communication with sales, production and transport teams.

· Monitor staffing requirements and allocate resources effectively.

· Maintain inventory accuracy and stock movements within company systems.

· Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
