You’ll work across grill, pans and fryers, delivering consistent food through busy service alongside an experienced Head Chef and energetic kitchen team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook meals across grill, pans and fryers
• Deliver consistent, high-quality meals throughout busy service
• Manage your section and keep it clean, organised and service-ready
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
• Communicate clearly to keep service running smoothly
• Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent recognised qualification




• Experience as a Chef in a quick-paced commercial kitchen
• Confidence working across grill, pans and fryers
• Strong organisation and consistent food and presentation standards
• Reliable transport to and from Flagstone Tavern
• Availability across prep, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays
