About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable and motivated Female Support Workers to join our team. You will provide practical and personalised support to participants in their homes and community, assisting them to achieve their individual goals and participate meaningfully in everyday life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred NDIS Core Supports
Assist with daily living and community participation
Support participants to develop independence and life skills
Provide social and recreational support
Follow individual support plans and risk management strategies
Build positive,
respectful relationships with participants and families
Maintain professional communication and accurate documentation
Work collaboratively with families, Support Coordinators and other professionals
About You
We are looking for people who are:

Strong communicators
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Committed to person-centred and strengths-based practice
Experienced in disability, mental health, NDIS or community services (desirable)
Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check, where applicable
First Aid and CPR
Relevant qualifications and/or experience
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (desirable)

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
