As the business continues to expand, they’re looking for an experienced Division Manager - Rehabilitation to join the team and help shape the next stage of growth.
This is an opportunity where you’ll lead and develop Rehabilitation Managers while helping drive performance, quality and client outcomes.
About the Role
Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Rehabilitation Managers
Driving performance, quality and client outcomes
Supporting managers with complex operational and client matters
Building solid relationships with key stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to improve and grow the business
Helping create a positive, accountable and high-performing culture
About You
Extensive experience across the rehabilitation industry
Strong understanding of workers compensation and workplace rehabilitation
Proven experience leading and developing other managers or senior leaders
Strong stakeholder, client and commercial skills
Comfortable working in a growing and changing environment
