About the Role
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of operational and corporate positions
Lead recruitment campaigns for frontline blue-collar roles including trades and services
Recruit for white-collar functions including operations, sales, finance and administration
Build talent pipelines and attraction strategies to support future hiring needs
Review and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and candidate experience
Create sustainable talent pools for hard-to-fill operational positions

About You
Previous experience working as an Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Advisor




Solid end-to-end recruitment capability across multiple disciplines
Comfortable working autonomously and driving outcomes independently, self-managing administrative needs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, resources or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded
