About the Role
We are currently seeking Diploma Qualified Educators (fulltime, parttime, or casual) to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the centre and work collaboratively with other educators to deliver engaging learning experiences for children.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive setting for children
Assist in implementing educational programs based on the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
Support children’s development through play-based learning
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain a clean and organised learning environment
Follow centre policies and procedures, including health and safety standards
About You
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Geccko Child Safety Training and Mandatory Reporting
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
Do Food Safely
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for working with children
Reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
