About the Role An exciting prospect is available for experienced Data Centre Technicians to join a growing team delivering communications infrastructure within large-scale data centre environments.
Working alongside experienced project teams, you'll support the installation and delivery of critical infrastructure projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship. This opportunity is offering ongoing work, career development and the potential for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the installation and delivery of communications infrastructure within data centre environments.
Carry out installation and support activities in line with project requirements.
Read and interpret project documentation and installation drawings.
Complete testing, quality checks and commissioning activities where required.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Work collaboratively with project teams and site personnel.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures and industry standards.
About You To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:
Communications
NBN
Electrical
Data Cabling
Similar technical or infrastructure environments
You'll also have:
ACMA Open Cabling Registration (highly desirable)
White Card
Current Driver's Licence
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
A commitment to quality workmanship and site safety
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
