About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide respectful, person-centred support tailored to each client's individual needs and goals. You will need to be available to work across various shifts, including mornings, sleepovers, and weekends.

Key responsibilities
Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
Supporting clients with community access, appointments,



and social activities
Helping with meal preparation and household tasks
Administering medications
Providing companionship and emotional support
Following individual care plans and documenting services accurately
Promoting each client's independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing
Providing secure and reliable support across morning, sleepover, and weekend shifts

About you
Caring, patient, respectful, and reliable
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Available to work mornings, sleepovers, and weekends
Committed to providing protected, high-quality support
A relevant qualification in individual support, disability, aged care, or community services, or willing to obtain one
A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
First Aid and CPR certification
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
