As a Retail Assistant, you will play an key role in the day-to-day operation of our current retail flagship store.
The right candidate could be full time or part time depending on successful applicant.
Key responsibilities
Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional service
Assisting customers with product selection and providing knowledgeable advice
Operating Shopify systems, processing sales and payments
Receiving, unpacking and organising stock
Maintaining attractive and well-presented product displays
Keeping the store clean, organised and customer-ready
Assisting with stocktake and inventory management
Processing online orders where required
Supporting the wider team with general retail and administrative tasks
Helping with Social Media, such as instagrams reels and promos
About you
Has a genuine passion for customer service
Is friendly,
approachable and confident speaking with customers
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is reliable, organised and takes initiative
Has a strong eye for presentation and detail
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Is comfortable learning recent systems and processes
Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
