Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Gardener to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating stunning landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of landscape construction projects
Oversee and manage landscaping projects from start to finish
Coordinate and supervise a team of landscapers and organise trades, organising material deliveries, programming works, operating earthmoving machinery and completing landscape construction duties
Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Read and interpret landscape plans and designs
Order materials and manage project budgets
Maintain tools and equipment
Provide training and mentorship to team members
Qualifications
Certificate III in Landscape Construction
Proven experience as a Landscape Gardener (min 2 years)
Solid knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and materials
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Time management, solid landscaping and horticulture knowledge, communication skills
Ability to read and interpret landscape plans
Valid drivers license
