Team Lead (Cafe Operations) Gumption Coffee, The Strand Arcade, Sydney CBD

We are looking for a cafe skilled to lead a team. You:
are a outstanding barista
love slaying crazy busy shifts
thrive on seeing the choreography of a high volume service
love putting teams together
meet challenges head on
know and respect the elements that go into a well-executed operation: well-stocked inventory, fully-functioning macinery and equipment, great quality products, organised and clean work stations, and a team members that are proud of the work they do
understand the concept of hospitality and customer service
have great communication schools at both sides of the bar

Duties include:
Working in shifts as barista
helping baristas dial-in
order stocks and supplies daily




publish schedules fortnightly and maintain labour budget
mentor newbies and track their development, coordinate training
ensure smooth daily operations
troubleshoot problems that arise
ensure quality of products and customer service
address customer inquiries
report to head office
work with head office on projects and other tasks
meet sales targets (Weekly calculated, monthly paid bonus on top of salary)

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
