Gavroche Brasserie is looking for an experienced, friendly, reliable and energetic Section Waiter to join our team.
Located in the heart of Chippendale, Gavroche is a French brasserie where excellent food, warm hospitality and a genuine passion for French culture come together.
We’re looking for someone who is confident on the floor, enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment. This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills, with the possibility to progress into a Supervisor role for the right person.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a similar restaurant or high-volume hospitality setting
Excellent customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality
Good spoken English and confident communication with guests and the team
Friendly, positive and professional attitude
Reliable, punctual and well-presented
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Availability for evening shifts and weekends
Valid RSA
Full working rights in Australia
Commitment to the role through to the end of January 2027
