Short’s Family Butchers is looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Time Butcher to join our awsome team.
The role includes:
Meat preparation, cutting and portioning
Mince and sausage making
Boning and trimming
Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
Serving customers and providing great customer service
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous butchering experience
Takes pride in their work
Has a strong work ethic and is reliable
Works well as part of a team
Has valuable communication skills
Can work independently
