About the role:
Star Phones, a national mobile accessories and repair brand with 55+ stores across Australia, is hiring Mobile Phone Technicians. This is a hands-on technician role (non-senior) in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key duties:
Screen, battery, charging port, camera & speaker repairs
Back glass repairs (non-laser method required)
Quick and accurate fault diagnosis
Quick turnaround repairs
Customer service at the counter
Upselling accessories when repairs are quiet
What we’re looking for:
Experience as a mobile phone technician
Back glass repair experience (mandatory)
Motherboard repair experience not required
Ability to work fast and accurately
Good communication and customer service skills
Comfortable in a busy retail workplace
