North & West Melbourne | Mobile GP & Aged Care Service

Serenity Health Services Australia is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our growing mobile GP team, supporting residents across residential aged care facilities in North and West Melbourne.
We are looking for a reliable, organised RN who is confident working autonomously and enjoys working as part of a supportive healthcare team.
The Role
Support GPs during residential aged care rounds
Complete Health Assessments and Care Plans
Assist with clinical documentation and follow-up
Use Best Practice software and Microsoft Word
Liaise with GPs and aged care facility staff
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Aged care experience beneficial, but not essential
Training and ongoing support provided.
This is a casual position offering versatile schedule, with the prospect for additional hours as our service continues to grow.
