About the Role
Denno Dent is a boutique dental laboratory specialising in high-end, aesthetic restorations with a strong focus on natural results.
We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician (Ceramist) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about dental ceramics, has a strong eye for detail and aesthetics, and takes pride in creating highly natural restorations.
You will work on a range of aesthetic and restorative cases, collaborating closely with our technical and digital teams to deliver consistently high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Perform ceramic layering on crowns, veneers, bridges, and implant restorations
Create natural morphology, texture, translucency, and characterisation
Perform staining, glazing, and final finishing of restorations
Ensure accurate shade matching and aesthetic integration
Assess restorations for anatomy, function, occlusion, and overall aesthetics
Work closely with other technicians and designers throughout the restorative workflow
Maintain a consistently high standard of quality across all cases
Follow lab protocols and turnaround times
Contribute to workflow efficiency and continuous improvement
About You
Proven experience as a Dental Technician, ideally with a strong focus on ceramics
Qualification in Dental Technology or a relevant field (Bachelor's Degree, Certificate III, IV or equivalent)
Experience in ceramic layering, staining, glazing, and finishing
Solid understanding of dental anatomy, morphology, colour, and occlusion
A solid eye for natural aesthetics and attention to detail
Familiarity with digital workflows and modern laboratory systems
Ability to consistently produce high-quality work

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
