Zeus Street Greek is looking for a Social Media and Content Manager to own how we show up on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and to bring the energy, culture and personality of Zeus Street Greek to every feed we're on.

This isn't a desk-only role. You'll be in restaurants filming, editing, chasing trends, briefing creators, and turning everyday Zeus Street Greek moments into content people actually want to watch.

You'll also own the strategy behind it, so the content isn't just fun, it performs.

What you'll do
Own Zeus Street Greek organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and turn it into a monthly content plan spanning Product, Value, Education, Brand/Culture, Community and Campaigns
Run the content calendar and keep a strong pipeline of ready-to-publish content
Concept, shoot, film, edit and publish social-first content across our restaurants, food, people and culture
Build repeatable content formats and franchises, especially for TikTok and Reels
Spot trends and cultural moments early, and get Zeus Street Greek into the conversation quick
Run our always-on creator and influencer program, from outreach through to usage rights and performance
Own LinkedIn,



telling the Zeus Street Greek story through growth, leadership, Franchise Partners and culture
Manage day-to-day community engagement across our channels
Report monthly on reach, engagement, growth and content/creator performance, and use it to sharpen what comes next

What you'll bring
Solid experience managing social media for a consumer-facing brand
Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Confident short-form video skills, from concept to filming to edit
A genuine feel for social culture, trends and platform behaviour
Experience managing creators, influencers and UGC
Robust copywriting and storytelling instincts
Comfort reading analytics and using data to improve performance
Excellent organisation and forward-planning skills
A proactive, ideas-first mindset, you don't wait for a brief
Experience in food, hospitality, retail or lifestyle brands is a big plus
