We are seeking professional and motivated Personal Trainers to join a new, modern Anytime Fitness club with excellent facilities and a solid, growing membership base.
This is an opportunity to establish yourself within the club, build your client base and develop a sustainable Personal Training business with ongoing support and development.
SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT
Our trainers receive practical support across the key areas of building and managing a PT business, including:
Structured Onboarding
Introduction to the club, systems and key priorities to help you get started.
1:1 Mentoring
Regular support, feedback and accountability to assist with your development.
Member Engagement
Strategies to build relationships with members and establish yourself within the club.
Lead Generation & Consultations
Guidance on generating opportunities, conducting consultations and converting prospects into clients.
Sales & Retention
Developing skills in presenting your services, handling objections and building long-term client relationships.
Ongoing Development
Continued development in coaching, communication, business and professional skills.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for Personal Trainers who are professional, proactive and committed to developing their skills and business.
You will:
Hold a current Cert III & IV in Fitness
Communicate confidently and professionally with members
Take initiative and look for opportunities
Be committed to a high standard of member service
Be open to feedback and development
Applications are welcome from both experienced trainers and trainers at the beginning of their careers who are committed to developing their Personal Training business.
