We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe/Cake shop Manager to lead our day to day operations. Reporting to the owner, you will be managing a small team drive sales and keep the store running smoothly.
Your responsibilitiesn will include:

What the job involves
Managing daily store operations and rostering
Leading team to deliver outstanding serviceMaking outstanding coffee
Coordinating custom cake orders
Stock control, ordering and general café tasks
Maintaining Food safety, hygiene and WHS compliance
Creating a friendly, welcoming vibe for our regulars
What we’re looking for
Solid barista & or cake shop experience
Strong leadership and people management skills
sound understanding of food safety and handling
Excellent customer service and communication
Confident, reliable, organised and able to work weekends if required
