About the Role
As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the warm and welcoming atmosphere our restaurant is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Providing outstanding customer service to all guests
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serving food and drinks in a timely manner
Maintaining excellent knowledge of our menu, daily specials, and wine list
Setting up and clearing tables
Managing guest requests and resolving issues professionally
Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For
Previous hospitality experience
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced setting
Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Current RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Professional presentation and grooming standards
