We’re looking for an experienced Bartender / Evening Supervisor to join our team!
We’re seeking a friendly, reliable and confident person to take charge of our morning café operations and help create a excellent experience for both our customers and team.
The role:
Evening Shifts with consistent hours
Preparing high-quality drinks and maintaining excellent presentation
Closing and setting up the café for the next day
Supervising the evening team and keeping service running smoothly
Providing friendly, effective customer service
Managing day-to-day café operations when required
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and presentation
Helping with stock levels, ordering and general café organisation
We’re looking for someone who:
Has barista/bartending experience and is confident making quality drinks
Has previous supervisory or leadership experience (highly desirable)
Is friendly,
approachable and enjoys working with customers
Is reliable, organised and able to work independently
Can confidently lead and support a small team
Can stay calm and organised during a busy morning rush
Takes pride in delivering great coffee and excellent service
Hospitality experience is essential, and solid barista skills are a must.
