Quality Coffee is looking for an experienced Chef to join our friendly team in Nundah.

What we're looking for:
Proven ability to work and cook a small kitchen team
Strong menu development skills, comfortable creating and trialling new dishes
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and reliable with a positive attitude
Weekend availability required
Solid food prep, plating and kitchen management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What you'll do:
Run the kitchen for breakfast/brunch service
Plan, develop and trial current dishes and seasonal menu updates
Manage food costing, ordering and stock control
Train, roster and mentor kitchen staff
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
