LV MECHANICS / HEAVY VEHICLE MECHANICS - BDSA MORANBAH

We are seeking qualified Light and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join our Moranbah team in full time, permanent positions. The successful candidates will possess the following:
Relevant trade qualification
Diagnostic experience
Strong fault-finding skills
Experience with LVs, 4x4s, Utes (LV Mechanics)
Experience with trucks and trailers (HV Mechanics)
Heavy earthmoving experience (advantageous)
Good communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Additional skills,



experience, tickets, and licences will be highly regarded

Your duties will include:
Diesel engine diagnostics & repair, major and minor rebuilds
General Repairs/maintenance works – Trucks & Trailers/4×4’s/LVs
Replacing vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions and braking systems
Checking vehicle lighting systems
Test driving vehicles to gauge performance
Maintaining detailed records of serviced vehicles
Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist
