We are a well-established prestige smash repair business based in Auburn, NSW. We specialise in a mix of high-quality repairs for European, luxury, electric vehicles and more working with both insurance companies and private customers.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Automotive Detailer to join our team and deliver the final, high-standard finish our customers expect.
This is not a car washing role — we need someone who can step in, work efficiently without cutting corners, and finish every vehicle to a showroom standard.
What You'll Be Doing
Washing, machine polishing, buffing, and paint correction
Full interior and exterior detailing to a high standard
Preparing vehicles for final quality inspection and handover
Applying protective finishes and coatings where required
Working confidently with tools and workshop equipment
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
What We're Looking For
Solid detailing experience
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, switched on, and takes initiative
Punctual and versatile
Full Australian Driver's Licence
Australian working rights
Clear communication skills
