This full-time or Part-Time role will see you working in a vibrant kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.
Locations: Surfers Paradise, Burleigh Heads and Broadbeach
What you'll be doing
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen by washing, drying and storing all kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery
Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation tasks as required
Restocking kitchen supplies and ingredients
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
Providing excellent customer service to all kitchen staff
Undertaking any other duties as required to support the smooth running of the kitchen
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role in a high-volume hospitality environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
