Swan River Electrical is looking for two motivated Electrical Apprentices to join our growing team in WA — one 1st or 2nd year apprentice and one 3rd year+ apprentice. This is a excellent opportunity to build your career in the trade, working alongside experienced electricians on a mix of Commercial and high-end Residential projects.
What you'll be doing
Assisting qualified electricians with installations, maintenance, and fault-finding on Commercial & Residential sites
Learning to read plans, wire circuits, and install switchboards, power and lighting under supervision
Following all safety standards and site procedures
Keeping the work van, tools and site tidy and organised
Helping maintain accurate records of work completed
Building valuable relationships with the team and clients through a positive, reliable attitude
What we're looking for
Currently enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship (Cert III in Electrotechnology) — 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year+ applicants welcome
A reliable, hard-working attitude and willingness to learn
Valuable communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Own transport and a current driver's licence (or working towards one)
A White Card (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
Must have valid Australian work authorisation
