The Cairns Sexual Health Service is a community service located within the Cairns North Community Health Centre. It provides quality sexual health services throughout the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital Health Service.

We're committed to improving the health and wellbeing of people in Far North Queensland by providing high quality acute health care services.

About your opportunity:

In this position you will…
Promote healthy team functioning by effective communication and participation in all aspects of the Service, whilst acknowledging the importance of a respectful workplace.
Establish and maintain a communication network between health service providers and the communities by attending meetings, liaising with councils, Aboriginal Medical services and other providers.
Comply with and utilise contemporary human resource practices and policies including workforce health and safety, ethical behaviour, equal employment prospect, anti-discrimination,



and commitment to their implementation consistent with the mission, vision, values and strategic intent of Queensland Health.
